What happens during a Mercedes Service Leeds?
Lights & Visibility: All lights (Front, rear and internal) are checked to confirm all are in working order. All windows, wipers and mirrors are inspected for faults or weak points. We also check registration plates for damage and clarity.
Interior: Internal inspection to test seat belts meet current safety standards. All internal controls, including horn, hazard lights, and other control functions, are also checked. We also conduct a complete system check, including air con and Mercedes supply data.
Steering & Drive System: As well as wheel alignment analysis, we check all joints, gaiters and wheel bearings to ensure your safety. Front & rear shock absorbers and springs are reviewed and tested.
Braking System: Front & Rear brakes and mechanisms checked and measured in line with safety standards. This is then recorded for their service life, ensuring the integrity and longevity of your Mercedes.
Under the Bonnet: A visual engine inspection to ensure all working parts are in total working order and no faults or leaks are present. Air & oil filters, spark plugs and drive belts checked and replaced if required.
Under the Vehicle: Your Mercedes transmission is thoroughly checked for leaks, faults, rust or corrosion. Under car trays are removed and oil drained. All lines are inspected for defects before trays are replaced.
Tyres: Wheels, including wheel nuts, are inspected to check for corrosion or weak points. Tyres are checked for tread, and tyre pressures adjusted before being refitted. The spare wheel and inflation kit are also checked where appropriate.
Final Checks: Checks to brake fluid and antifreeze to ensure adequate levels are present, ensuring you remain safe on the road. We refill the engine with new oil and take the vehicle out for a road test, confirming all work completed and your vehicle service record is updated.
What type of service does my Mercedes need?

The intervals set will depend on the vehicleβs age, daily or annual mileage, and what fuel your Mercedes runs on.
